Sev Tameta Nu Shaak Recipe

Ingredients:
Tomatoes - 1/2 kg, chopped
Sev - 150 gms
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida - 1/2 tsp
Ginger - 1 tsp, finely chopped
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Seed Powder - 1 tsp
Oil - 2 tblsp
Salt to taste

Method:
1. Heat oil, add the cumin seeds, asafoetida and ginger.
2. Cook for a few seconds.
3. Add the tomatoes, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt and cook for 1 minute.
4. Just before serving add sev.
5. Serve with hot chapatis.

Note: Consume within 10-15 minutes of preparing it.
