Rice Flour – 3 cups
Plain Flour – 1 cup
Carom Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Sesame Seeds – 1 tsp
Green Chilli – 50 gms, crushed
Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
Fresh Cream – 2 tblsp
Oil – 1 tblsp
Sugar – 1 tblsp
Salt to taste
Curd for the dough
Oil for frying

1. Mix all the ingredients well and knead it out into a soft smooth dough by adding enough curd.
2. Put the dough into the chakri machine.
3. Roll out small chakris on a paper.
4. Deep fry chakris on medium flame till done.
5. Drain well.
