Khichu Recipe
Ingredients:
Rice Flour - 125 gms
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Green Chilli - 1 tsp, crushed
Soda Bi-carb - 1/4 tsp
Oil - 2 tblsp
Coriander Leaves - 1 tblsp, chopped
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Put 350 ml of water to boil.
2. Add cumin seeds, chilli powder, green chillies, soda bi-carb and salt and bring to boil.
3. Add the rice flour and whisk vigorously with a wooden spoon. Ensure no lump remains.
4. Cover and cook on a low flame for 5-7 minutes.
5. Add the oil and mix well.
6. Serve hot.
