Ingredients:
Potatoes - 3, medium
Chopped Fresh Mint and Coriander - 1 tblsp, mixed
Mango Powder - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Black Peppercorns - 1 tsp, crushed
Fresh Red Chilli - 1, chopped
Fresh Green Chilli - 1, chopped
Butter - 1/4 cup
Method:
1. Boil the potatoes until soft and then mash them down using a masher.
2. Stir the remaining ingredients together in a small bowl.
3. Stir the spice mixture into the mashed potatoes.
4. Mix together thoroughly with a fork and serve warm.
