Sweet Potato Chips Recipe
Ingredients
500 gms sweet potato, scrubbed and peeled
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
1. Slice the sweet potatoes into paper thin slices.
2. Then place the potato slices in a re-sealable sandwich bag with the oil, salt, pepper and any other seasoning you like. 3. Shake well until all the slices are coated in oil.
4. Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking sheet with foil and then place the potato slices in a single layer.
5. Try not to overlap too much. Bake for 20 minutes, then turn and bake for another 10 minutes.
6. It should be browned and crisp by the end.
