Banana Varuval Recipe

Ingredients:
Raw Banana - 2
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt as required
Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Oil for frying
Aniseed - 1/4 tsp
Garlic - 3 flakes, crushed

Method:
1. Peel outer skin and cut the banana into four lengthwise and then cut into thin slices.
2. Mix salt, turmeric, chilli powder with the pieces and marinate for 1 hour.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan, add aniseed, crushed garlic and then banana pieces.
4. Fry in medium flame till banana becomes golden brown. Add more oil while frying.
