Dry Coconut (Kopra) Pachadi Recipe
Ingredients:
Dry Coconut - 1 cup, grated
Red Chillies - 5
Tamarind - little, soaked in water
Jaggery - little
Salt as required
For Seasoning:
Oil - 2 tsp
Mustard Seeds - 1/4 tsp
Method:
1. Fry red chillies alone.
2. Grind with other ingredients to coarse paste.
3. Season with mustard seeds.
