Tomatoes – 1/4 kg
Basil – handfull (Thulsi Leaves)
Red Chillies – 8
Oil – 1 tblsp
Dhania – 1 tblsp
Ginger – 1/4 inch piece
Tamarind – small lemon size
Dry Coconut – 1 1/2 tblsp, grated
Salt as required
1. Fry chillies, dhania, ginger and tomatoes in oil.
2. Add other ingredients and grind to a smooth paste.
