Mint Pakodas Recipe
Ingredients :
Bengal gram dhal - 1 cup
Finely chopped fresh mint leaves - 1 cup
Chopped coriander leaves - 1/3 cup
Salt - As required
Oil - To deep fry.
Make into paste :
Ginger - 1" piece
Green chillies - 10 -12.
Method :
1. Soak dhal for 2 hours in water.
2. Drain water completely.
3. Grind very coarsely with salt.
4. Add ground paste, mint leaves, coriander leaves, and mix well.
5. Make into medium sixed balls and deep fry in hot oil till crisp.
