Ingredients:
Crushed Pineapple in juice - 1 large can
Frozen Banana - 1, sliced
Sweetener - 2 packets
Vanilla - 1 tsp
Plain nonfat Yogurt - 1/2 cup
Method:
1. Empty the can of crushed pineapple (including juice) into blender jar.
2. Add in the plain yogurt.
3. Sprinkle on equal packets and frozen banana. Blend until smooth.
4. Serve chilled in a tall glass.
