Ingredients:
1/2 litre Milk
2 Table spoon Suji/Sooji
2 Tea Spoon Ghee
5-6 Table Spoon Sugar
Dry fruits (Kaju/Badam)
Cardamom powder
Kesar - to garnish
Method:
1. Take 2 tea spoon ghee in a pan. Heat it for 2 min.
2. Add Sooji in it.
3. Heat the combined mixture for 2 min.
4. Make sure that mixture shows pink colour.
5. Add boiled milk in the mixture.
6. Add dry fruits, cardamom powder and sugar.
7. Boil the mixture for 3 min.
8. Garnish Kheer with dry fruits and kesar.
