Ingredients:
Blackberries, fresh or frozen - 2 cups, slightly thawed
Pineapple, Orange and Strawberry juice blend or Pineapple-Orange juice - 1 cup
Lowfat Vanilla Yogurt - 2 cups
Sugar - 2 tsp
Method:
1. Combine blueberries, juice, yogurt and sugar in the blender.
2. Blend for about 1 minute or until smooth.
3. Serve immediately.
