Peach Raspberry Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:
Frozen Raspberries - 1/2 cup
Frozen Peaches - 1 cup
Low fat Milk - 1 cup
Frozen Low fat Vanilla Yogurt - 1 cup
Banana - 1 frozen, optional

Method:
1. Place all frozen fruits in a blender.
2. Add the yogurt and process until well blended.
3. Now pour in the milk and blend till desired consistency is reached.
4. Serve immediately.
