Ingredients:
Apple juice - 1 cup
Frozen Peach slices - 2 cups
Frozen Vanilla yogurt - 1 1/2 cup
Banana - 1, frozen (peel before freezing)
Cinnamon powder - 1/8 tsp

Method:
1. Place the frozen peaches, banana and yogurt in a blender jar.
2. Process to form a smooth paste.
3. Slowly add the apple juice to form a rich smoothie.
4. Serve garnished with cinnamon powder.
