Thai Crab Curry Recipe
Ingredients:
Crab - 1 large
White Onion - 1
Chinese Celery - 2
Spring Onions - 3
Red Chillies - 2
White Pepper - 1/4 tsp, ground
Thai Curry powder - 2 tsp
Milk - 1/2 cup
Roasted Chilly paste - 1 tbsp
Egg - 1
Oyster sauce - 2 tbsp
Vegetable oil - for frying
Method:
1. Wash the crab and remove the shell. Cut into small pieces.
2. In a pan, add 2 tbsp of oil and fry the crab in it until golden brown.
3. Now add the curry powder and mix well.
4. In a bowl, mix the milk, chilly paste and beaten egg.
5. Pour this mixture onto the crab.
6. Now add the oyster sauce.
7. Chop the white onion, celery, spring onions and red chillies and put into the mixture.
8. Mix well. Sprinkle the pepper powder and cook until done.
9. Serve hot.
