Grilled Salmon Recipe

Ingredients:
Salmon steaks or fillets - 4

For marinade:
Small lemons - 2
Lemon zest - 1 tsp
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
dried Dill - 1 tsp
Garlic - 1 clove, minced

Method:
1. Mix together all ingredients used for the marinade.
2. Place salmon in a dish and pour the marinate mix over the salmon.
3. Cover the marinated salmon and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
4. Grill salmon directly over medium coals, touching up with the left over marinate for about 4 minutes on each side or until flakes easily.

Note:
Other fresh water fish steaks or fillets can be used instead of salmon.
