Spicy Fish Fillets Recipe

Ingredients:
500 gms Pomfret fillets
2 tbsp Gramflour
1 tsp Ginger-Garlic paste
1 tsp Chilli powder
4 tbsp Curd
1 tsp White Vinegar
2 tbsp Thick Cream
a pinch of Nutmeg powder
3 Green Cardamoms, crushed
Chaat masala to taste
Salt to taste

Method:
1. Clean and wash fish.
2. Cut into thick pieces, apply salt and vinegar and keep aside for 15 minutes.
3. Pat dry. Mix together all the ingredients and apply to the fish pieces.
4. Marinate for half an hour. Bake in a hot oven for 15 minutes.
5. Sprinkle chaat masala and serve hot with mint chutney.
