Brandy Egg Sour Recipe
Ingredients:
Brandy - 30ml
Egg - 1
Caster sugar - 1 tsp
Lemon juice - 3 dashes
Orange curacao - 30ml
Orange slice - 1
Cherry - 1
Method:
1. In a cocktail shaker, shake all ingredients well with ice.
2. Strain into a tumbler.
3. Decorate with an orange slice speared on a cocktail stick with a cherry.
