Ingredients:
Gin - 15ml
Cherry brandy - 15ml
Cointreau - 8ml
Benedictine - 8ml
Pineapple juice - 120ml
Lime juice - 15ml
Grenadine - 15ml
Bitters - a dash

Method:
1. Shake with ice.
2. Strain into an ice filled collins glass.
3. Garnish with cherry and slice of pineapple.
