Ingredients:
Light rum - 30ml
Cherry - 1
Pineapple juice - 60ml
Blue curacao liquer - 30ml
Cream of coconut - 30ml
Pineapple - 1 slice

Method:
1. Blend light rum, blue curacao, pineapple juice and cream of coconut with one cup ice in an electric blender at high speed.
2. Fill a highball glass with the mix.
3. Decorate with the slice of pineapple and a cherry and serve.
