Ingredients:
Vodka - 30 ml
Litchi syrup - 15 ml
Chilled soda - to top

Method:
1. Coat the rim of the glass with powdered sugar.
2. Pour 30 ml vodka into a glass.
3. Add 15 ml of litchi syrup to it and stir.
4. Top up the mixture with chilled soda and mix well.
5. Decorate with lemon wedge.
