Mango Chutney Recipe
Ingredients:
Ginger - 1/2 cm piece
Coconut - 1
Curd as required (optional)
Cumin - 1 tsp
Mango - 1 to 2
Green chilly - 3 to 4
Salt as per taste
Method:
1. Clean and chop the mango into small pieces. Grate coconut. Mix all the ingredients together.
2. Next, grind them to a chutney consistency.
3. Blend in some curd if you desire.
4. Serve with biryani or ghee rice.
