Peanut Butter Fudge Pie Recipe

Ingredients:
9" pie shell - 1
Butter - 1/2 cup
Creamy peanut butter - 1/4 cup
Cocoa powder - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 2 cups
Eggs - 4
Flour - 1 1/4 cups
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Vanilla - 1 tsp
Peanut butter - 1/4 cup
Semisweet chocolate chunks - 1 cup
Whipping cream - 1/2 cup
Peanut butter - 2 tbsp (extra)
Powdered sugar - 3 tbsp (will require powdered pie crust)

Method:
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Make pie crust or use pie crust available in the market and set aside.
3. In heavy saucepan, melt butter and 1/4 cup peanut butter with cocoa powder over medium heat.
4. Add sugar and beat until combined.
5. Remove pan from heat and stir in eggs.
6. Add flour and baking powder and mix well.
7. Pour the mixture into the pie shell.
8. Bake at 350F for 40 to 50 minutes or until pie filling is set when pie is lightly shaken and crust is golden brown.
9. Cool completely.
10. In small saucepan, melt 1/4 cup peanut butter with chocolate chunks over low heat and stir until smooth.
11. Pour over pie, let it stand until set.
12. In small bowl, combine whipping cream with 2 tbsp peanut butter and powdered sugar, beat until stiff peaks form.
13. Top pie slices with whipped cream mixture.

So pretty. And I'd imagine it tastes fantastic too. Any frosting that starts with a stick of butter is bound to be the best ever.
