High Protein Milkshake Recipe
Ingredients:
Fortified milk - 1 cup
Ice cream - 1 large scoop
Vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp
Butterscotch, chocolate or any fruit syrup or sauce of your preference - 2 tbsp
Method:
1. Measure all ingredients into blender.
2. Blend at low speed for about 10 seconds.
3. Pour into a tall glass and serve.
