Ingredients:
Strawberries - 1 1/4 cups (halved or quartered)
Fat free plain yogurt - 1/2 cup
Sugar substitute - 1/2 tsp
Nonfat dry milk - 2 tbsp
Chopped walnuts - 2 tbsp
Oat bran - 1 1/2 tbsp
Sugar free pancake syrup - 1 tbsp
Ice cubes - 1/4 cup
Method:
1. Combine the strawberries and yogurt in a blender and process to form a puree.
2. Add sugar substitute, dry milk, syrup and ice cubes in a blender and blend until smooth and frothy.
3. Finally put in the walnuts and oat bran, blend for a few seconds and serve immediately.
4. If needed, you can also decorate the glass with a strawberry
