Dal Mash Recipe
Ingredients:
Dal mash - 250 gms
Ghee - 1/4 cup
Ginger - 1 tbsp, chopped
Onion - 1, finely chopped
Garlic - 1 tbsp, chopped
Mint leaves as required
Onion - 1, chopped
Jeera - 1 tsp, roasted and ground
Red chillies - 6, crushed
White jeera whole - 1 tsp
Water - 2 cups
Method:
1. Wash and soak dal for 1 hour.
2. Add all the masalas to the dal and cook on a medium flame.
3. When water dries, put finely chopped mint leaves, jeera and fried onions and 1/4 cup ghee on the top.
