250 gm minced fish
1 tbsp brandy
2 inch piece minced ginger
50 gm peas
50 gm shredded mushrooms
50 gm shredded green onions
2 tbsp oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Squares of greased butter paper
1. Mix together all the above ingredients.
2. Form into long sheikh kababs.
3. Wrap each kabab in the butter paper.
4. Tuck in the ends securely.
5. Deep fry to a golden colour.
6. Drain thoroughly.
7. To eat break the centre with a fork.
8. Serve with sauce of your choice.
