Ingredients
 2 cups ground raw fish
 1/2 cup minced green onions
 1/2 cup minced capsicums
 1/2 cup chopped celery
 1 tbsp soya sauce
 4 eggs
 1/4 tsp ajino motto

Method
1. Beat eggs with sauce and ajino motto.
2. Heat 2 tbsp oil and fry fish with vegetables, salt and pepper over high heat for 5 minutes.
3. Fry eggs into thin omelettes, stuff with fish mixture, fold into rolls and serve with fingerchips and sauce of your choice.
