Jhal Muri Recipe

Ingredients:
Muri (puffed rice) - 3 cups
Potato - 1 tbsp, boiled
Red onion - 1, chopped
Cucumber - 1/2, chopped
Coconut - 3 tbsp, fresh and chopped
Tomato - 1, chopped
Roasted peanuts - 1 tbsp
Sev - 1 tbsp
Mustard oil - a little
Muri masala - 1/2 tsp
Chopped coriander leaves
Green chillies - 1, very finely chopped (optional)
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Salt as per taste

Method:
1. Chop the boiled potato finely.
2. To the muri add the chopped potato.
3. Add a little salt to it and about a tsp of oil.
4. After stirring the mixture well, add the onions, cucumber, coconut, peanuts and green chilli.
5. Stir the mixture again and add the muri masala.
6. Sprinkle the coriander leaves, lemon juice and serve.

Note: Muri masala is available in speciality shops
