Churmura Snack Recipe

Learn how to make Churmura Snack by following this easy recipe from Awesome Cuisine.

Ingredients:
Onion - 1/2 cup, chopped
Tomato - 1/2 cup, chopped
Potato - 1 cup, cooked and diced
Rice flakes - 2 cups
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Green chilli - 1/2 tsp, chopped
Coriander leaves - 2 tsp, chopped
Peanuts - 2 tbsp, roasted
Water - 1 cup
Sugar as per taste
Salt as per taste

Method:
1. Soak rice flakes in a bowl of water for 15 minutes.
2. Drain off any excess water.
3. Add tomatoes, pototoes and onions to the rice flakes.
4. Add chilli powder, green chillies, salt, sugar and peanuts to the mixture and toss gently.
5. Serve garnished with coriander leaves.
