Chicken Chow Mein Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup cooked and shredded chicken
250 gm noodles boiled according to the directions on the package
1 cup bean sprouts
250 gm mixed shredded vegetables like French beans, carrots, cabbage and capsicums
4 green onions, finely sliced
1 cup chicken stock
2 tsp, cornflour dissolved in ½ cup chicken stock
2tsp, soya sauce
2 tsp each of chilli sauce and tomato sauce
ΒΌ tsp ajino motto
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Heat 5 tbsp oil and fry all the vegetables over high heat for 2 minutes.
2. Mix together chicken stock, cornflour, all the sauces and spices and put inside.
3. Add chicken and cook till thick.
4. Put over the noodles and serve at once.
