Silam ko Achar Recipe

Ingredients:
Silam - 100 gms
Dried chilli - 5 pods
Lemon juice - 2 tsp
Ginger - 1/2 inch
Salt - 2 tsp

Method:
1. Roast the silam and dried chilli in a pan for 10 minutes.
2. Grind roasted silam and chilli with ginger and salt in a mortar.
3. Mix lemon juice to taste.
