Fermented Black Gram Curry - Masaurya Curry
Ingredients:
Masaurya (fermented black gram) - 50 gms
Chopped onion - 1
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Method:
1. Fry the chopped onions in hot oil with cumin seeds.
2. Add masaurya, turmeric powder and salt and cook for 2 minutes.
3. Add 1 cup of hot water to the mixture and cook for 10 minutes.
4. Serve wtih plain boiled rice.
