  • 2 tbsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1 tbsp Chana masala
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 2 tsp Tea leaves
  • 1 tbsp Garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp Ginger paste
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
  • 2 Slit green chillies
  • Water (as required)
  • 2 tbsp Oil
