Paneer Jalfrezi Recipe
Ingredients:
Paneer - 200 gms, diced
Onion - 1
Capsicum - 1
Tomato - 1
Oil - 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander seeds powder - 3/4 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander - 1 tbsp
Method:
1. In a pan, heat oil and add the cumin seeds.
2. When it splutters, add the ginger-garlic paste and saute.
3. Put in the diced onion and capsicum and toss briefly.
4. Add the rest of the spices and mix well.
5. Put in the cottage cheese cubes, coriander, lemon juice and cook for 2 minutes.
6. Finally add the diced tomatoes and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
7. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
