Ingredients:
Boneless mutton – 750 gms, cut
Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
Yogurt – 1/2 cup
Thick cream – 3 tbsp
Nutmeg powder – 1/2 tbsp
Green cardamom powder – 1/2 tbsp
Ginger paste – 1/2 tbsp
Garlic paste – 1/2 tbsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Coriander leaves – 1/2 cup, chopped
Oil – 1 tbsp
Onions – 2, finely sliced
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Salt to taste

Method:
1. Wash and clean the lamb thoroughly.
2. In a blender, blend the onions, garlic and ginger and form a smooth paste.
3. To the paste add the shredded coconut, almonds, chopped coriander, turmeric powder, garam masala, cumin seeds, chilli powder, lemon juice, yogurt and tomatoe puree and mix well.
4. Prick the mutton and insert cloves in it.
5. Spread the paste evenly over the meat.
6. Marinate for 4 to 5 hours.
7. In a roasting dish, place the marinated meat and sprinkle the raisins on top.
8. Cook in a pre heated oven until meat becomes very tender.
