Chilli Calamari Recipe

Ingredients:
Squid - 2, cleaned and washed (small pieces about 8 inches long)
Dried red chillies - 5
Garlic - 12 cloves, finely chopped
Olive or vegetable oil - 3 tsp
Salt as per taste
Pepper as per taste

Method:
1. Clean, wash and cut the squids into circles of about 1/2 cm thick.
2. Fry the garlic and red chillies in hot oil till light brown.
3. Add squids and saute for about 7 minutes till they turn opaque.
4. Now add salt and pepper to taste.
