Ingredients:
Clams - 50, 1/2 inch shell
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder
Goan sambar powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Onions - 1 cup, chopped
Green chillies - 2, slit
Jaggery - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
Coconut - 1/2 cup
Tamarind pulp - 30 gms

Method:
1. Add the clams in a pan, along with 1/2 cup water and also the turmeric powder.
2. Next, add the onions and the chillies.
3. As the clam meat starts leaving the shell, simmer for some time.
4. Now, add the chilli powder, coconut, jaggery, sambar powder and also the garam masala.
5. Finally, add the tamarind pulp and the salt.
5. Keep cooking till most of the water starts to evaporate.
