Radish Raita Recipe

White Radish
Ingredients:
Radish – 1, peeled, grated
Ginger – 1/4 inch piece
Green Chillies – 2, small
Coriander Leaves – handful
Mustard Seeds – 1/4 tsp
Asafoetida Powder – a pinch
Oil – 1 to 2 tsp
Curry Leaves – few
Curd – 1 cup
Salt as per taste

Method:
1. Combine the coriander leaves, green chillies and ginger.
2. Grind to a smooth paste.
3. Beat the curd with salt in a bowl.
4. Add the ground paste, grated radish and mix well.
5. Heat oil in a pan.
6. Fry the mustard seeds, asafoetida powder and curry leaves.
7. Pour this over the raita.
8. Serve.
