Baked Herbed Potatoes Recipe

A simple and great side dish for any meal especially during lunch or dinner.
Herbed Potatoes

Ingredients:
Potatoes – 4, cubed
Butter – 2 tblsp
Mint Leaves – 1 cup
Coriander Leaves – 1 cup
Garlic – 8 to 10 cloves
Salt as per taste

Method:
1. Finely chop the garlic.
2. Grind together the mint and coriander leaves.
3. Combine all the ingredients – cubed potatoes, garlic, mint and coriander paste, butter and salt – in a bowl.
4. Keep aside for 15 to 30 minutes.
5. Transfer to a baking tray and place it into a pre-heated oven at 300F for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
6. Remove and serve.
