Prawns – 500 gms, big, peeled, deveined
Egg – 1, beaten
Milk – 1 tblsp
1. Cut each prawn right through to resemble a butterfly.
2. Dip in the flour and then in the egg mixed with milk.
3. Dip them firmly in the breadcrumbs.
4. Fry the prawns in hot oil.
5. Remove and drain.
6. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
