Egg Bhurji Recipe
Ingredients:
Eggs - 6
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Ginger paste - 9 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Green peas - 1/4 cup
Onion - 1, chopped
Green chillies - 2, chopped
Tomato - 1, chopped
Fresh coriander - few, chopped
Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
1. First beat the eggs in a bowl and add salt and red chilli powder to it.
2. Now heat oil in a non-stick pan and add the green chillies, ginger paste and onions and heat it until onions turn golden brown.
3. Then add tomatoes and cook until tomatoes are soft. Add green peas and cook for another 3 minutes.
4. Add the beaten egg to the pan and mix well.
5. Keep mixing and turning the eggs to cook all sides well.
6. Finally splash the garam masala powder and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
