Fresh Fruit Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
1 Sponge Cake made with 2 Eggs or 250 gms ready made Sponge Cake
1 cup Strawberries, sliced
1 cup Grapes, sliced
1 cup Bananas, sliced

For the Butter Cream
150 gms Butter at room temperature
275 gms Icing Sugar, sifted
3-4 drops Vanilla Essence
2 tbsp Warm Milk

Method:
1. To make the butter cream, put the butter in a bowl and beat it until it becomes fluffy and light. Gradually beat the icing sugar, vanilla and milk.
2. Cut the cake into half horizontally, spread butter cream and some of the fruit to make a filling, then spread the rest of the butter cream on top of the cake and arrange the remaining fruit in rows over it.
