Ingredients:-
6 Potatoes
6 Green chillies
1 piece Ginger
Salt to taste
Asofoetida
Method:-
1. Take Potatoes and boil them in Vessel . After the potatoes are boiled remove them from vessel and peel of the cover of potatoes and smash them thoroughly .
2. Add salt ( to taste ) , green chillies and paste of ginger . Make a good mixture of all of them and then make small balls of the mixture in oval shape and keep aside .
3. Take Bread Slice , just dip in water and remove . Remove excess water from bread slice by pressing the slice with your palm . Then take one ball already prepared on the moist bread slice and press it in such a way that the bread slice covers the whole potato ball .
4. Heat Oil in Frying pan and deep fry the prepared potato ball covered with bread in it .
5. Similarly , continue with other balls prepared and serve hot with sauce and green chutney.
Serves: 12 balls
Time required: 30 mins
Shelf life : Can prepare balls in fridge if excess and then made when required .
