Mixed Dosa Recipe
Ingredients:
raw rice - 1 cup
moong dal - 1/4 cup
channa dal - 1/4 cup
urad dal - 1/4 cup
toor dal - 1/4 cup
wheat flour - 1/4 cup
cumin seeds - 2 tsps
green chillies (chillies) - 6 to 8
salt - to taste
Method:
1. Soak rice in a vessel for four hours.
2. Soak all dals together in another vessel for four hours.
3. Grind rice and dals together.
4. Mix this with wheat flour and add salt.
5. Leave it to ferment for 14 hours.
6. Sprinkle cumin seeds and chopped green chillies.
7. Heat a tawa and prepare dosas.
