Ingredients:
3/4 cup wheat
3/4 cup rice
3/4 cup mixed whole pulses (bengal gram, green gram, black gram)
Method:
1. Soak wheat for 2 nights; rice and pulses overnight.
2. Cook each in adequate water till very soft.
3. Mix with Dahi ka Gosht.
