Masala Gosht Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 kg meat
1 large onion
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
300ml curd
6 peppercorns
4 cloves
3 inch piece of cinnamon
2 cardamoms
3 red chillies
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp ghee
salt to taste

Method:
1. Wash and cut the meat into cubes.
2. Heat the cooking medium in a pan and add the meat along with other ingredients.
3. Seal the pan and cook for about 45 minutes without adding any water,
4. Open the pan and add 2 teaspoon ghee and fry till the meat is reddish brown in colour.
5. Serve hot with rice or roti.
