Ragi Dosa Recipe

Ingredients:
Ragi - 1 cup
Raw rice - 1 cup
Dehusked black gram - 1/4 cup
Salt - to taste.

Method:
1.  Soak each ingredient separately for 2 to 3 hours.
2.  Grind rice separately and ragi and gram together.
3.  Add salt to batter.
4.  Allow to ferment for 12 to 14 hours.
5.  Heat a tawa and prepare dosas.
6.  Roast on both sides. You may add a bit og hing to the batter.
