Carrot dosa Recipe
Ingredients:
Raw rice - 1 cup
Parboiled rice - 1/4 cup
Carrots (grated) - 2 or 3
Red chillies - 4 to 6
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Onion (cut finely) - 1 big
Tamarind - A small ball
Salt - To taste.
Method:
1. Soak the raw and boiled rice together for two to three hours.
2. Grind it along with red chilies, tamarind and cumin seeds to a fine paste.
3. Add salt, grated carrots and onions to it.
4. Heat a tawa and prepare dosas. Roast on both sides.
NOTE: This dosa should be prepared soon after grinding.
