Methi leaves dosai Recipe

Ingredients:
Raw rice - 2 cups
Coriander seeds - 5 tbsp
Jeera - 1 tsp
Coconut(grated) - 1 cup
Tamramind - A lemon sized ball
Fenugreek seeds - 1 tsp
Red chillies - 10
Hing - A pinch
Methi Leaves - 2 cups
Salt - To taste.

Method:
1.  Soak rice for four hours.
2.  Grind together all ingredients (except methi leaves) with rice.
3.  To this fine paste, add methi leaves, cut finely.
4.  Heat a tawa and prepare dosas.
5.  Roast on both sides. No fermentation required.
